ARTICLE 1 : APPLICABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present Terms and Conditions apply to all orders made on the English language pages of the Internet sites www.RadioGospel.fr et www.GospelBoutique.fr

France For Christ (FFC) reserves the right to adapt or modify these current Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event that they are modified, the Terms and Conditions on the date of the order shall apply.

ARTICLE 2: AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

The products and prices offered are valid as long as they are visible on our websites and supply is available.

When we receive your order, the supplier(s) of the requested product(s) verify availability of the products ordered. In the event that a product is not available, we commit to inform you as soon as practicable once we are notified by the supplier of its unavailability and to have the supplier deliver it to you as soon as possible. All other products of your order that are in stock will be shipped in the meantime, unless there is a mix of available and unavailable products at a given supplier. In this event, that supplier will wait until all his products are available to ship all the products you ordered together to avoid having to increase your shipping costs.

ORDER VALIDITY:

An order is valid when FFC has received payment by credit card or PayPal on-line.


ARTICLE 3: PRICES

FFC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but commits to use the prices that applied when we received a valid order from you.


ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY

4.1 – Methods you can use to make payment:

- Credit card or PayPal:

Payment is made via a secure bank server via our partner (PayPal). This means that no banking information concerning you will go through the www.RadioGospel.fr and www.GospelBoutique.fr websites.Payments using credit card or PayPal are therefore completely secure and your order will be considered valid when FFC has received payment from our bank (PayPal).

4.2 – Security

Your credit card information is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and never goes through our network. Payment is made directly though our bank (PayPal). FFC does not have access to this information and does not keep it on our servers, which is why it is asked for each time that you make an order on our websites.

4.3 – Ownership

Products are the property of their suppliers until payment has been received by FFC, and then become your property (the client).

4.4 – Default of payment

FFC reserves the right to refuse to make a shipment or to honor an order coming from a client who has not made total payment or with whom there is an outstanding payment or litigation issue.


ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING

Products are shipped to the shipping address that clients indicate during the ordering process.

Products are sent directly to the shipping address as soon as is possible by our suppliers according to their shipping terms. If a client order received by FFC includes products from more than one supplier, each supplier will ship their respective part of the order to the client.

The risks during shipping are assumed by the purchaser (client). In the event of a missing product and/or degradation of the product during shipment, the purchaser must inform the shipping company by registered letter within 3 days. They must also inform FFC through Internet from either the www.RadioGospel.fr and www.GospelBoutique.fr websites by clicking on "In English" then the tab "Contact us".

ARTICLE 6: RESPONSABILITES

Photos and text illustrating the products presented are not contractual. As a result, in the event of any error regarding one of the photos or descriptive texts, FFC will not be legally responsible.

FFC will not be held responsible for the non-execution of a contract due to "force majeur" or notably total or partial postal or transporter strikes or catastrophes caused by flooding, fire, etc. The choice of products is the sole responsibility of clients. The total or partial inability to use products due to equipment incompatibility may qualify for replacement. ARTICLE 7: HANDLING MERCHANDISE NON-DELIVERED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY

These are packages not delivered to the shipping address due to the following reasons: person does not live at the address indicated, unclaimed mail, refused mail, shipping damage, despoilment... After we receive the returned package, we will propose to have the products originally ordered by you reshipped without delay.

If your product is significantly damaged, you must imperatively refuse the package and note the problem on the shipping papers (package refused because opened or damaged during shipping, and specifically describe the damage). After we receive you package, we will have the product ordered by you reshipped without delay.

7.1 – Returns due to product errors

You have 7 days to inform us that a product received is not the one ordered. The product must be returned in new condition and in its original and unopened packaging, with a copy of the invoice. After we receive your package, we will have the product originally ordered reshipped to you without delay.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. www.RadioGospel.fr and www.GospelBoutique.fr do sell products for children, but we sell them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use our on-line stores only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

By visiting the English language pages of www.RadioGospel.fr and www.GospelBoutique.fr, you agree that the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and FFC.
